Welcome to NexusDaedalus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NexusDaedalus platform operated by AutomataNexus, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using NexusDaedalus, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NexusDaedalus, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

NexusDaedalus is an AI model design and training platform that allows users to:

  • Design neural network architectures using a visual drag-and-drop interface
  • Configure model parameters and layer properties
  • Train models using provided or uploaded datasets
  • Export models and generated code
  • Access AI-powered assistance through NexusForge integration

3. Account Registration

To access NexusDaedalus, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NexusDaedalus to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Create models intended for malicious purposes (malware, surveillance, etc.)
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload datasets containing illegal or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service for other users
  • Reverse engineer or extract source code from the platform

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of models you create and datasets you upload. By using NexusDaedalus, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide our services.

Our Platform: NexusDaedalus, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by AutomataNexus, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscription and Billing

NexusDaedalus offers various subscription tiers with different features and usage limits. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees for your selected tier
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing period
  • Our right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NEXUSDAEDALUS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. AI MODELS CREATED USING THIS PLATFORM ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO VALIDATE AND TEST.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOMATANEXUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF NEXUSDAEDALUS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutomataNexus, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of NexusDaedalus or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
